Map, zones and High Loot
How to load zones from the server, distinguish geometry from loot settings, adjust the four multipliers and apply the change safely.
On this page
The Map → Zones page displays the custom zones known by the SCUM server and allows you to adjust their loot multipliers. Nodera does not invent the zone instead of the game: it first loads the current geometry and settings from the server, displays them as one overview, and only then can prepare a controlled change.
High Loot is not a separate kind of circle. It's a regular server zone with modified spawn and search probability and quantity values.
Where to find it
- MAP → Zones – load current data, map and edit loot values.
- MAP → Logs – download and application history.
You create a new production zone in SCUM Server Settings. Nodera will then load its shape and allow you to manage loot. Do not use the DB reference record alone as proof that the zone is active in the game file.
Four values that you set
| Settings | Simple Meaning |
|---|---|
| Spawner probability | How often the option to create loot is selected at spawn. |
| Spawner quantity | How many items can appear at that spawn. |
| Examine probability | The chance of finding loot when searching an object. |
| Examine quantity | How many items a search can yield. |
A value of 1 means basic behavior, 1.5 about one and a half times and 3 three times the relevant part. Values can be combined, so the name "x6" is not an exact mathematical promise of each loot, and does not guarantee a specific rare item at all.
Safe editing procedure
- Select a server and click to load the current zones. Wait for successfully loaded fresh data.
- Find a zone by name and shape on the map and in the list. If the SCUM database also has the same name in the configuration file, Nodera will display them as one logical zone.
- Check all four values, not just the zone name.
- Make a small change and save/apply it. Each load is a one-time basis; after the application, load a new one before the next change.
- NODERAgent writes only the enabled configuration and then asks SCUM to reload the loot settings. The website itself does not access the server files directly.
- Check Logs and do a game test after the spawners reload. Don't make a conclusion from one container - loot is random.
Example from the Main server
The last successful download used in the audit was from 30 August 2026. Before today's change, it would be necessary to download a new one.
| Zone | Spawn Probability | Spawn Amount | Examine Probability | Examine Amount |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HIGH LOOT x6 | 3 | 2.5 | 3 | 3 |
| Abandoned bunker (group) | 1.5 | 1 | 1.5 | 1 |
| Bunker (group) | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
The load displayed 14 combined rows from the configuration and reference zones. The exact coordinates are not published in the public manual. The name "HIGH LOOT x6" is an admin name; the actual behavior is determined by the four values in the table.
Frequent problems
- The Apply button is not available: the loaded data is old, already used, or the agent does not report the possibility of secure writing.
- The zone is only in one part of the data: The DB reference can help with the geometry, but the loot is governed by the active server configuration.
- The expected item does not drop after the change: multipliers change the probability and amount, not the specific loot tier or the guaranteed item.
- There are two circles with the same name: check the geometry in the currently loaded data and the names in SCUM Server Settings. Do not edit blindly by title.
- Apply failed: open Logs. Make a new attempt only from a fresh snapshot and after solving the cause.
