Nodera / Documentation

The essentials, all in one place.

Logging in and linking accounts

How to log in with Discord, Google or Steam, connect additional identities and securely resolve profile merges.

On this page

You log in to Nodera via Discord, Google or Steam. A separate Nodera password is not created for the customer account. The first successful entry through the selected provider will create your profile.

First login

  1. Open Login.
  2. Select Discord, Google or Steam.
  3. On the provider's website, check the name of the account you are logged into.
  4. Confirm login and open Profile when you return.
  5. Check the nickname and status of the linked provider.

If you came from the order or Control Panel, Nodera will return you to the authorized original page after a successful login.

Connecting another provider

First log in to the profile you want to keep. In Profile then use the connection option for Google, Discord or Steam. The link initiated from the profile is important - this way Nodera knows which existing account to add the new identity to.

Always check the currently logged in provider account on the shared computer. Another Google or Discord profile can be confirmed with one click.

When the identity is already used

If the selected Discord, Google or Steam is already connected to another Nodera profile, the system can offer to merge the accounts. The screen will explain which profile will remain and which data will be moved.

  • Continue only if both profiles belong to you.
  • Check which profile you are keeping.
  • If you are not sure, cancel the merge and contact support.

Merging preserves unique social connections and ownership of supported orders or messages. It is not intended to transfer the service to another person.

Steam and contact email

Steam does not provide a trusted contact email address. Steam login may therefore work without an email, but an order, ticket or other service may require you to complete and verify the address in Profile.

Log in to customer administration

A licensed SCUM server administrator opens Admin login and uses the enabled social identity. Customer profile, business license ownership and admin session remain separate. Access will only be created for an account and server that meets the license terms.

When login fails

  1. Return to login page Nodera; do not use the old callback address from the history.
  2. Check if the provider has another account open.
  3. Try a new login in the same browser.
  4. If problem persists, create ticket with provider name, approximate time and exact error text.

Never send the provider password, one-time code or verification link to support. Restoring access to Discord, Google, or Steam is handled directly by the given provider.
