Understanding the administration modules
Practical administration map: where to change the content, users, messages, sales and settings of the selected website.
On this page
Nodera administration is divided according to tasks. Instead of one long screen, you have separate modules for content, users, messages, sales, and operations. The items displayed depend on your permissions and the site or SCUM server selected in the top bar.
Check the context in the top bar first
Before changing, check which website or server is selected. The same module can display different articles, forms or settings for each website. If you switch the selection, the administration loads the data of the new context; the public website remains independent and works even without open administration.
Map of the most common tasks
| I want to... | Open | What do I do there |
|---|---|---|
| get overview | Dashboard | check content status, activity and notifications |
| manage accounts | Users | find profile, linked logins and available actions |
| change homepage | Hero or Features | edit slides, categories and presentation cards |
| publish news | Blog | create, review and publish an article |
| edit answers | FAQ | manage questions, answers and their visibility |
| show announcement | Announcements | set banner, order and activity |
| handle a message | Contact Forms or Tickets | manage a form or respond to a customer |
| manage offer | Products and payments | edit catalog, prices, promo codes and orders |
| check operation | Health check | view the results of checks without interfering with services |
Why can't I see all modules?
- The module may not be enabled for the selected website.
- Your role may not have the right to read or edit the section.
- Some screens are for the platform owner only.
- SCUM modules are only displayed for the appropriate server and service.
A hidden menu item is not a substitute for authorization. Nodera verifies access even when opening a specific address.
Safe Workflow
- Select the correct website or server.
- Open the module and read the status of the record: active, hidden, draft, published, or resolved.
- Change only one logical thing and save it.
- Check the administration message.
- If it is public content, open the relevant page in a new window and verify it also on mobile.
Current example
As of 1 September 2026, the selected Nodera website had 40 active presentation Features in 9 categories. Therefore, the administrator will not find them as 40 separate modules, but in one Features module, where he can filter, sort and enable them by category.
When the change is not reflected
Check the selected website, the visibility of the record, the language and whether you only saved the change or published it. In the event of an error, write down the name of the module, the time and the text of the message; do not add passwords, tokens or private links to a ticket.
