Merchant and contacts

The service is provided by REDMOTION s. r. o., Karpatské námestie 10, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Company ID 47 195 819, Tax ID 2023793750, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, file 89869/B. The company is not registered for VAT.

The legal contact is legal@nodera.sk. Send the message from the order e-mail or the current verified e-mail of the account concerned. Consumer-protection supervision is carried out by the Slovak Trade Inspection, Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava 27.

Service

The service is the time-limited provision of a managed SCUM server instance on NODERA infrastructure, customer-account controls, and the related licensed Full Agent within the selected package.

The slot count, billing period, price, activation, and available features are shown in the offer and immutable order summary. NODERA is not the publisher of SCUM and the order does not include a player game licence.

• The service is bound to the customer account and assigned server instance.
• Parameters above the self-service limit require an individual offer.
• Features dependent on the game or a third party may be reasonably adjusted when their interfaces change.

Order and contract formation

Before placing an order, the user sees the product, slot count, final price, period, payment method, activation choice, renewal terms, and legal documents. Details can be corrected before proceeding to Stripe Checkout.

The contract is formed after successful payment verification and delivery of the order confirmation on a durable medium. A return from Stripe or an unverified webhook alone does not confirm the contract.

• Only a signed-in user with a verified contact e-mail may order.
• The final button clearly states that the order creates an obligation to pay.
• The order, price, legal version, and consents are stored as an immutable snapshot.
• The merchant may reject an invalid, duplicate, fraudulent, or capacity-impossible order and settle any received payment.

Price and payment

Prices are displayed in EUR as final prices. REDMOTION s. r. o. is not registered for VAT, so VAT is not added to the displayed price.

Stripe processes payment and recurring charges. Eligible cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay appear dynamically according to the device, country, currency, and Stripe configuration; NODERA does not store card details.

• The monthly or annual option uses the price and period displayed before the order.
• A discount and its duration are shown before payment; the displayed standard price applies after it ends.
• An electronic receipt and confirmation are made available or sent to the contact e-mail.

Activation and delivery

A consumer makes an unselected choice between immediate service commencement and activation after the 14-day withdrawal period. Immediate activation requires a separate request for early commencement and acknowledgement of the consequences.

Once payment and capacity conditions are met, the system queues an isolated installation and displays its actual state in the profile. The service is delivered only after the server is created and made available, not merely when a payment session is created.

• With deferred activation, provisioning does not start before the displayed date.
• With immediate activation, provisioning starts without undue delay after payment verification.
• An ambiguous or partly failed state stops for manual review without creating a duplicate server.

Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews through Stripe at the same monthly or annual interval. Before ordering, the user separately confirms the recurring price and period; Stripe owns collection, invoices, and secure retry of failed payments.

Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The server remains available until then and no refund is due for an unused portion following ordinary cancellation; statutory withdrawal and accepted complaints remain unaffected.

• A reminder is sent before the period ends, while Stripe charges on the renewal date.
• After an unpaid period, the server may be suspended on the following day.
• A suspended instance is retained for a 14-day payment grace period.
• Once the grace period expires, the server instance may be permanently deleted; order, payment, and licence audit records remain as required by law.

Operation, maintenance, and backups

We operate the service with professional care. Short interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security action, game updates, provider failure, or events outside reasonable control.

Unless an offer expressly includes a contractual SLA, a presentation-level availability figure is not an individual guarantee of uninterrupted service. We aim to announce planned work in advance when circumstances allow.

• Operational backups support service recovery and are not automatically a downloadable customer archive.
• The customer is responsible for copies of content to which an export or other access is available.
• Outages or defects are handled under the complaints procedure and statutory rights.

Customer obligations

The customer uses the service lawfully, protects credentials, provides accurate billing details, and does not endanger the game, infrastructure, other users, or third-party rights.

• Do not bypass technical, licence, capacity, or security restrictions.
• Do not upload malicious, unlawful, or unlawfully obtained content.
• Report account compromise or a serious incident without delay.
• The customer is responsible for settings and actions of their administrators within their control.

Suspension and termination

We may proportionately suspend the service for non-payment, a serious security risk, unlawful use, or material breach. Where possible and not urgent, we notify the customer and provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.

Termination does not extinguish payment for service already provided or rights and obligations that must survive. Deletion of an instance after the grace period is irreversible.

• The customer may cancel renewal through their orders or the Stripe Billing Portal.
• A consumer may separately exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable period.
• Disputed payments, refunds, or partial provisioning states are reconciled manually instead of blindly retried.

Governing law and disputes

The contract is governed by Slovak law. A consumer retains mandatory protection provided by the law of their habitual residence where applicable.

First contact legal@nodera.sk from the order e-mail or the current verified account e-mail. If a consumer dispute is not resolved, the consumer may request a remedy and then use the competent alternative dispute resolution entity.

• The residual ADR entity is the Slovak Trade Inspection at soi.sk.
• Invalidity of one provision does not affect the remaining provisions to the extent permitted by law.
• A new version applies only to future orders or renewals after proper notice; an existing immutable order snapshot is not rewritten retroactively.
