Right and deadline

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days after its formation. Sending the notice before the deadline preserves the period.

This information applies to a consumer acting outside a business. A business order with recorded business identity is governed by the agreed terms and general law.

• The period begins on the day following contract formation.
• You do not need to state a reason.
• Ordinary cancellation of a future renewal is not the same as statutory withdrawal.

How to withdraw

Use the clear online function on this page or send an unambiguous statement to legal@nodera.sk from the order e-mail or the current verified account e-mail.

You may use the model below, but it is not mandatory. We promptly confirm an online notice by e-mail with its content and submission date and time.

• State your name and contact e-mail.
• State the order number or another unambiguous contract identifier.
• Clearly state that you withdraw from the contract.
• Send the notice from the order e-mail address or the current verified account address.

Effects and refund

After a valid withdrawal, we stop future recurring charges and any service that has not begun. Payments are returned through the same method unless agreed otherwise, within the statutory period.

If service has not started, the full amount is settled. If it started at your express request before the deadline, you may owe the proportionate price of service actually supplied until withdrawal.

• A successful-payment screen or technical queue does not itself limit the statutory right.
• Refunds and proportionate calculations are recorded separately and must not create another payment or server.
• An ambiguous or already materialised state is reviewed manually to protect the consumer's rights.

Immediate activation

Before immediate activation, the consumer must separately request commencement before 14 days expire and acknowledge the consequences of early commencement.

For continuously supplied hosting, starting a server alone does not remove the withdrawal right. Full performance has statutory consequences only where the conditions for that contract type are met.

• Immediate activation must not be preselected.
• The early-start request and information acknowledgement are stored as separate evidence.
• Following withdrawal, service is suspended within a reasonable technical period and any proportionate price is demonstrably calculated.

The Withdraw from the contract here function is clearly and continuously available on this page and from the footer link during the withdrawal period. It does not require sign-in.

The name, order number, and either the order e-mail or the current verified account e-mail securely link the notice to the correct contract. It also works for an order without an account; e-mail to legal@nodera.sk remains the alternative.

• The form requests identification of the consumer, the contract, and a contact for confirmation.
• The final Confirm withdrawal from the contract action unambiguously submits the notice, and the system stores its immutable content and time.
• A durable e-mail confirmation containing the notice and its submission date and time is sent promptly.
