Nodera brings together service information, customer accounts, orders, and management of purchased solutions. After logging in, the menu is adapted to which services and permissions belong to your account.
Recommended first course of action
- Open Login and select Discord, Google or Steam.
- In the user menu, open Profile.
- Check nickname, contact email and linked accounts.
- If you have an order, you can find it in the section My orders.
- If you are using NODERAgent or Managed SCUM Hosting, open SCUM Control Panel.
What you will find in the individual parts
| Part | What is it for |
|---|---|
| Profile | Nickname, contact email, Google, Discord, Steam and available SCUM link |
| My orders | Orders, payments, documents and subscription status |
| SCUM Control Panel | Licenses, NODERAgent Installation and Managed Hosting Status |
| Administration | Manage permitted parts of the site or SCUM server according to your role |
| Documentation | Procedures and explanations for services and modules |
| Support | Private tickets and communication with the Nodera team |
The customer account is not an administrator account
Logging in on a public website will give you access to the profile and services that belong to your account. However, it does not in itself grant the right to change the website content or server settings. You can open the administration via Admin login only if you have been assigned the corresponding access.
If the manual describes a feature you don't see, first check the correct account, license and selected server or site. A missing entry often means different permissions, not an account error.
Where to seek help
In the Documentation you can search for published instructions. If you are dealing with a specific account, order or technical issue, please use Support. For general business questions, Contact.
is also availableCurrent example
As of 1 September 2026, Slovak documentation contained 5 chapters and 47 published articles. So the customer can start with a general search and then continue to the guide for their module without knowing the internal name of the service.
When you can't see something
- Verify that you are logged into the correct provider profile.
- Check Profile and My Orders.
- For the SCUM service, check the Control Panel.
- During administration, verify the selected website or server in the header.
- If access is still missing, create a ticket and provide the screen name and service.
Do not send passwords, login codes, tokens or entire links containing a private identifier to support.
