In-game chat alerts for administrators
Configure SCUM chat keywords and alert administrators by email when a player asks for help or reports an important situation.
In-game chat alerts watch native chat logs for messages containing administrator-defined keywords. When a player asks for help, reports a cheater or uses an agreed phrase, Nodera creates a traceable alert for the contact team.
Administrators do not need to watch game chat all day
Rules can cover selected servers and use their own cooldown. Alerts are created when a new chat message is ingested, never by simply opening an admin page.
Alert options
The module uses simple understandable rules without hidden AI decisions.
- up to five global rules with a custom keyword
- one or several active SCUM server targets
- a separate cooldown for repeated matches
- email recipients from the existing contact configuration
Practical signals from the community
Keywords can reflect the language and rules of the individual server.
- use admin, help or ticket phrases for support requests
- alert staff when a suspicious player is reported
- monitor an agreed emergency phrase during an event
- keep separate rules for Main and an event server
Match, cooldown and queued email
Matching uses case-insensitive substrings, so admin also matches administrator. After a match, the service evaluates the rule and cooldown and stores a delivery attempt.
Email uses the protected email queue and the tenant delivery service; Nodera does not open SMTP while processing the log. The record remains in administration until the delivery service confirms the delivery state.
Faster response without constant monitoring
Administrators receive an early signal about an important message and can see which rule fired and how delivery ended.
